Tasmanians should keep an eye out for the touring version of the Tasmania 1:100,000 Mapping the Island exhibition which may be coming to a venue near you during 2011. The original show received rave reviews and enthusiastic public attendance when it was first exhibited during Tasmania’s prestigious arts festival Ten Days on the Island, 2009.

Aided by a second round of funding from Tasmania’s leading newsprint mill, Norske Skog, and a Tasmanian Regional Arts Fund Small Grant, nearly fifty of the works are now installed in custom made display boxes ready to head off on their road trip.
